Chinedum Orji Loses As Court Upholds Hon Obi Aguocha’s Victory | READ DETAILS
Hon. Obi Aguocha has been affirmed by a court of appeal as the winner of the February 25, 2023 for Ikwuano/Umuahia federal constituency of Abia state.
The court in its ruling on the Appeal brought before it by the former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, dismissed the suit for lacking merit.
Recall that the election petition tribunal Sitting in Umuahia had on September 7, dismissed Orji’s petition.
