Appeal Court Upholds Peter Mbah’s Election Victory | READ DETAILS
A court of appeal sitting in Lagos state, has affirmed governor Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the March 11, 2023 governorship election in Enugu state.
Ruling in a matter filed against Mbah by Barrister Chijioke Edeoga of the Labour Party, the three-man panel of the appellate court upheld the September 9, 2023 judgement of the election petition tribunal.
