The gubernatorial candidate for Accord Party in Abia State, Barrister Emeka Uwakolam has explained that if voted in as governor of Abia State he will remove the mystery surrounding the seat of power in Abia State.
Barrister Uwakolam stated this during a recent press conference he held in Umuahia, Abia State recently.
The gubernatorial candidate revealed that bulk of the problem of the state is because government is run in secrecy.
“Government in Abia State is run in secrecy, nobody knows what the governor earns, nobody knows how much the state get through internally generated revenue, nobody knows how the state fund is being used, this is not good” he said.
The Accord Party Governorship candidate promised Abians that if elected he will run a transparent government that will demystify the mystery in governance in Abia State.
“I promise to make public my salary and any other allowance, every single Abian will know how much income we are making, how it is spent and the outcome of the funds used” he concluded.
