The sensational man of God of Tower of Revelation Ministry, stated that the problem we have in Africa is religion and not Christianity, that religion condemns peoples way of life, but imports other traditions for the same people.
Apostle Uma Udah revealed that Father Christmas that is celebrated by religious people in Nigeria and Africa is actually the masquerade of a man the white man. The tie, suits and other foreign wears are imported, meanwhile religion is condemning our own.
HERE HIM;
“nothing is wrong with my tradition but rather something is wrong with religion.
“Christianity and religion are not the same, the problem we have in Africa is religious problem. A Catholic man believes that a winners chapel man is not worshiping God well. An Assemblies of God believe that a Deeper Life is not doing it well.
“the generational I see myself is a generation of religion not real Christianity.”
The Apostle went further to defend his attire, noting that his motivation is to make people know that there are still good things in the African culture.
“what I wore that day, that was how I met my dad, my fathers; I didn’t see them wearing collar and there is no place in the Bible where the Bible said this attire are for the preachers.
” I was not naked, I was wearing something. What motivates me is to make people know that there are still good things in Africa. There is no culture in Africa that is not good.
“There is difference between idol worshiping and culture.
“Idol worshiping is when people bring a wood and worship it as their god, but when I wear my traditional wear, I’m giving God thanks for creating us.
“My wearing skin is reminding God that I’m thankful for covering our forefathers. Anytime we wear that, it’s a symbol; you are reminding God the beginning that you used an animal skin to cover our nakedness.
Apostle Udah advised especially the south easterners, to be proud of their cultures.
