The lawyers representing Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), have queried the Department of State Services (DSS) for their restrictions in the court premises.
DSS operatives had restricted one of Kanu’s lawyers, Maxwell Opara, traditional leaders representing the Ohanaeze Ndigbo socio cultural group, among others.
Speaking to newsmen outside the courtroom, the lawyers respectively decried the restriction wondering if there was still justice in the matter.
Recall that Kanu is facing charges bordering on alleged felony and terrorism.
Justice Nyako Binta of the federal High court Abuja, today adjourned the case to January 19 and 20, 2022.
