“We attracted a project for the rehabilitation of Abiriba Water Regional Scheme, which the Federal Government appropriated N400m for. Let me it clear, Boreholes were drilled and generator provided at by FG, but the state government under PDP that was supposed to make it functional failed due to the inefficiency of the State Water Board. When we confronted them, they said that it was the cost of running the generator that caused it, and that was how that N400m water project became a history under PDP”
