The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Abia North Senatorial Candidate, Sir Osita Offor ‘Ultimate Commander’ has felicitated with the President and Founder of Belemaoil Producing Ltd – Engr. Tein T.S Jack-Rich CON on his birthday.
