As the burial of Ezinne Eunice Iheme draws near, dozens of condolence messages are flowing in from dignitaries all over Nigeria.
In the condolence message of Lt. Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika Rtd “Dike Abia”, which was addressed to Chief Dr Onyekachi Iheme, EDBA,FBDFM “Ogbuehi L’ Uko Ehi”, he revealed that the selfless service of Ezinne Eunice Iheme as a nurse/midwife both in active duty and in retirement are worthy of note.
“Nye’s selfless service as a nurse/midwife both in active duty and in retirement are worthy of note. Her numerous contributions in the Catholic Church earned her several awards and decorations. We should take solace in the fact that she was a devout Christian who lived a good and worthy life that endeared her to us all”. He said.

We received the news of the death of your beloved mother, Ezinne Eunice Iheme with a great shock. Nye Aguaja as she was popularly called was, until her death a community leader and a philanthropist who spent quality part of her life in the service of humanity.
Nye’s selfless service as a nurse/midwife both in active duty and in retirement are worthy of note. Her numerous contributions in the Catholic Church earned her several awards and decorations. We should take solace in the fact that she was a devout Christian who lived a good and worthy life that endeared her to us all.
