Dr Femi Olaleye Accused Of Defiling Minor, Remanded In Prison | WATCH VIDEO
The Medical Director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Dr Femi Olaleye, has been remanded in Ikoyi Correctional Centre by an Ikeja S-exual Offences and Domestic Violence Court or allegedly defiling his 16 year-old wife’s niece (name withheld).
Oleleye appeared in court on Wednesday on a two-count charge of de-filement and se-xual assault by penetration. He however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The presiding judge, Justice Ramon Oshodi, granted Olaleye bail to the tune of N50m with two sureties in like sum. He will however remain in custody pending the perfection of his bail condition.
Olaleye’s wife, Remi had gone public with the alleged crime. She had accused her husband and his family of threatening her for reporting the matter to the police.
