Abia state born business mogul and philanthropist , Chief Sir Dr. Chris O. Igwe has congratulated Professor Maduebibisi Offor Iwe on his new appointment as Vice Chancellor of Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike and described the appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari as well deserved. In the statement, Igwe described the appointment as well deserved. He revealed that Professor Maduebibisi Offor Iwe is a complete intellectual with excellent managerial skills and that he was not surprised at the appointment.

Professor Maduebibisi Offor Iwe appointed was confirmed yesterday by AFNEWS and he will be taking over from Professor Francis Ogbonnaya Otunta in February 2021. He hails from Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State and a professor in food technology.
