The Abia State Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Rev. Augustine Ehiemere, has described the state House of Assembly as a destitute House.
Ehiemere in an exclusive interview with All Facts Newspaper (AFNEWS) Wednesday, April 27, said there is no policy or bill that the Abia state House of Assembly passed that has been implemented.
