After Interaction With Gov. Otti, Abia Doctors Call Off Over 9 Months Strike | VIDEO ATTACHED

The Abia State Chapter of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), has called off their over 9 months strike today Friday 9th June 2023.

The strike which was embarked upon due to backlog of unpaid salaries by the former administration led by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, was called off after the union had extracted some commitment from the present government led  by Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR. 

In a press release made available to ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER and signed by the leadership of NMA in Abia State, they revealed that the Governor Otti promised to clear the over 23 months unpaid salaries before the 31th of December 2023.
