Abia LP Chairman, Ceekay Igara Mourns Victims Of Ogbor Hill Aba Accident

Mr Ceekay Igara, the chairman of the Labour Party in Abia state, has commiserated with the families of victims of the Ogbor Hill Aba accident, describing it as a horrific and tragic incident.

Igara while reacting to the Tuesday accident involving an articulated vehicle conveying a 40ft container, a tricycle (Keke napep) and an SUV at water side area of Aba, prayed that God will console the families of the deceased persons and grant quick recovery to the injured persons.

The Labour party chairman appreciated all who helped in rescuing victims trapped under the vehicle.

Ogbor Hill, Aba accident, very tragic – Abia State Labour Party Chairman, Mr Ceekay Igara

On behalf of myself and the Labour Party Abia state, I commiserate with the families of victims of the tragic accident involving an articulated vehicle said to have been conveying a 40ft container, a tricycle and an SUV at the popular waterside, Ogbor Hill Aba on Tuesday.

Pictures and videos from the accident scene is quite horrific and disturbing, however, we must not fail to thank God for sparing the lives of many.

I pray that the lord will console the families of the deceased persons and grant quick recovery to injured persons.

I must not fail to appreciate the quick intervention of the good people of Aba, security agents, and all who in one way or the other, contributed in rescuing victims of the accident who were trapped.
