ABIA: Chieftains Of APC From Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Decamp To PDP Today |SEE PHOTOS

In another political move, some chieftains of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Isuikwuato and Umunneochi local government areas converged at the residence of Sir Dr. Chris Odinaka Igwe (Okosisi Abia) in Umunneochi LGA today 15th April 2022 where they formally joined the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

 

The political alignment and realignment seem to be intensifying in Abia State as the 2023 general elections draw near.

During the welcoming event which was graced by the entire PDP leadership in Umunneochi LGA, the party leadership welcomed the returning members and their numerous supporters.

 

In their various speeches, the returnees pledge to be law-abiding party men who will work hard to ensure PDP’s victory in all elections come 2023.

 

Leaders of the party including leader of PDP Umunneochi LGA, Dr. Sir Chris O. Igwe (Chrisnak), Sen. Mao Ohuabunwa, Hon. Member representing Umunneochi State Constituency in, Abia State House of Assembly Hon. Barr Okey Igwe, the Umunneochi LGA Chairman, Hon. Chief Ifeanyi Madu (Omenife), the LGA party Chairman Chief Richard Agbadogo, the Sate Publicity Secretary of the party Chief Fabian Nwankwo, Chief Dan Okoli, Hon. Barr. Chima Mgbeke and a host of other Party Stalwarts graced the event and promised to always work together with the returnees, assuring them that the party is big enough to contain all of them while their interest will be protected at all times.

The Returnees are:

 

Ugochukwu Uwaezuoke (Ugo PDP), former Supervisory Councilor, Umunneochi LGA and 2 Times Special Adviser to Abia Governor, former Niger Delta Facilitator.

 

Ichie Eugine Ibe, former Supervisory Councilor Umunneochi LGA, former President General Nneato Community in Umunneochi LGA, former SA to Abia State Governor.

 

Chief Eze Mike Iroh, former Chairman, Action Alliance, former Councilor Umunneochi LGA, 3 Times Special Adviser you to Abia Governor.

 

Hon. Ugochukwu Osita, former Deputy Leader, Umunneochi Legislative Council, former Special Adviser you to the Governor.

 

Ejikeme Agbai Ikeanyionwu, 2 Times Councilor Isuikwuato LGA, former Leader, Isuikwuato T.C. Councilor s, former Special Adviser to Abia State Governor.
