BREAKING: Supreme Court Affirms Election Victory Of Gov. Alex Otti Of Abia State | READ JUDGEMENT
The Supreme Court of Nigeria on Friday, dismissed the appeal filed against Abia state governor, Dr Alex Otti of the Labour Party by the PDP, APC and their candidates.
The apex court in its ruling, held that the PDP and it’s candidate, Chief Okey Ahiwe, lacks the right to contest the nomination of Otti as it is an internal party affair.

“The petitioners are crying more than the bereaved. This appeal should not have been taken up to this level.
“Membership of a party is a party internal affair” the supreme court ruled.
The court dismissed the suit for lacking in merit.
