The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has again been told the consequences of its sit-at-home order.

IPOB was told that the sit-at-home order affects the economy of the Southeast and not that of President Muhammadu Buhari or the Federal Government.

The separatist group had initially initiated the sit-at-home order some years ago to enforce its push for the actualization of Biafra.

IPOB’s Directorate of State said the sit-at-home would now be observed every time Kanu is expected to appear in court.

However, a former National Publicity Secretary of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chuks Ibegbu warned of the dangers of complying with the directive.

According to Ibegbu, the sit-at-home order was chasing potential investors away from the Southeast.
