How UNIBEN Final Year Student Was Killed In His Hostel | PHOTO+DETAILS
A final-year student of University of Benin (UNIBEN), department of Public Administration, simply identified as Desmond, otherwise known as ‘Mayor’ was on Monday night shot dead in his room.
The incident which is suspected to be cult related happened at about 9pm in his room at the Hall 3 Hostel.
A video seen by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, showed that Desmond who is said to be a leader of Kegite club, was shot on his face.
Meanwhile, the Management of UNIBEN, has condemned the murder of the student and has assured that security agencies are working to fish out the culprits.
The assurance was contained in a statement issued by the office of the Vice Chancellor, and signed by Prof. Lilian Salami.
