Abia born philanthropist from Isuikwuato Local Government Area, Sir Lucky Johnson Udoka has commenced distribution of palliatives or relief materials to the 50 communities of Isuikwuato LGA.
Sir Lucky who has over time being involved in philanthropic works, revealed that he feels the pulse of his people and will always step up to support the people at every time the need arises like this.
“This is not a favourable time all over the world, lockdown everywhere due to the ravaging Coronavirus or COVID-19 pandemic. The coronavirus issue have also imposed hardship on the world and Isuikwauto people are not left out of this crisis”.
“In line with the effort of the governor to reach out to residents of Abia State during this trying times, i am only trying to support that effort as to reduce some of the pressure from our amiable Governor Okezie Ikpeazu”, he concluded.
Based on the information made available to AFNews, more than 21 communities in Isuikwuato Local Government Area have been visited by the LUCKY JOHNSON CARES ORGANIZATION team members, distributing the relief materials to families in need and adversely affected by the economic fall out of the pandemic.
Some of the communities visited already are; Umuasua, Otampa, Umuokogbuo, Umuobiala, Amiyi Uhu, Amibo, Umunnekwu Agbo, Amiyi Obilohia, Mgbelu Umunnekwu, Eluama, Amaba, Ihenzu Ahaba Imenyi, Ahaba Ehuma, Amahia na Amaogudu, Amaiyi Ahaba, Agbo na elu ahaba, Obayi Ovim, Amaeke Ovim, Amun Ovim, Ohoroho Ovim, Ohonja Ovim, Ezere, Umuakwa, Ozara and Acha.
The palliatives or relief materials distributed includes, rice, beans, noodles, tomato paste, soaps and many more.
Remember, Sir Lucky Johnson Udoka has consistently given educational financial support to 50 Isuikwuato undergraduates every year for the past 7 years, has sponsored Governor Okezie Ikpeazu Football Competition in Isuikwuato where millions of naira was spent, he has given motorcycle to many and has reached out to many families just to state a few.
