ALEX OTTI @59: You Are A Special Gift To Abia State – UAAP
In a message signed by the UAAP Board of Trustee Chairman Chief Raymond Nkemdirim, President of UAAP Amb. Dr. Osita Offor ‘De Ultimate Commander’ and the Secretary General Comrade Emenike Jason Iroegbu, the organization appreciated God for blessing the Governor with another year and described Otti as a special gift from God to the people of Abia State.
