Abia Govt Revokes Raymond Aliga’s CoO, Takes Possession Of Property | SEE DOCUMENTS
The Abia State Government has revoked the Certificate of Occupancy (CoO) of one Raymond Aliga popularly called Good Seed over a property located along Okpara Avenue in Umuahia, Abia State.
In the order of revocation which was pasted on the property and signed by Governor Alex Chioma Otti OFR, the CoO of the property which is located at Plot R/12A Old GRA (No. 12A Okpara Avenue) in Umuahia North LGA was revoked on the 22nd of March 2024.
The order also stated that the state government intends to enter and take possession of the property with immediate effect and also warned that anyone or persons that will hinder the take over by government shall be liable under section 28 of the Public Lands Acquisition Law Cap 105 and on conviction will pay a fine of N50, 000 or imprisonment for 3 months.
Raymond Aliga ‘Good Seed’ was one of the prominent faces close to the former governor of Abia State Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu PhD during his administration. SEE DOCUMENT BELOW:
