The Special Adviser on Trade, Commerce and Industry to the governor of Abia State Chief Nwaka Inem “Enyi Oha”, has revealed that bottlenecks against Ease of Doing Business in Abia State are cleared.

Chief Inem who stated this exclusively during the DR. ALEX OTTI ONE YEAR IN OFFICE SCORECARD programme, aired live on FLO FM RADIO UMUAHIA and streamed online live via ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER on Facebook and AF TELEVISION on YouTube, stated that the Governor Alex Otti led administration has done so much to make sure Abia State is number one when choosing a choice of investment destination.

‘Every business person or investor has options, so all those things that will make Abia not an option has been removed” – he posited.

On the issue of touting, Chief Inem insisted that the present administration has no room for touts and therefore can not be tolerated.  He went further to state that the government is handling the dislodgement with human milk of kindness, but if the touts keep resisting, then government will apply force to clear then out from other areas they are still operating.

 

“Abia State Government has made it clear that we have zero tolerance for touts. It is only a mad man that will be told that the market is over, touts should know that they are not allowed in this government led by Governor Alex Otti” he explained.

On the issues of Isi gate market and other markets in the state, Chief Inem exposed that the plan of government is to make the market comfortable for both the traders and customers. He hinted on the Urban Renewal design coming out anytime soon, revealing that the design will clearly state the remodeling plan for Isi gate and other markets in Abia State.
