Isialangwa Fed. Const.: Tribunal Upholds Election Of Ginger Onwusibe, Dismisses Ikpo’s Suit
The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia state, has affirmed Hon. Ginger Onwusibe, as the authentic winner of the February 25, 2023 election for Isialangwa Federal Constituency.

In it’s ruling on Monday, the tribunal dismissed the petition filed by Mr Chijioke Ikpo of the All Progressive Congress (APC), challenging the declaration of Onwusibe of the Labour Party, as the winner of that election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
