American rapper Future has praised Nigerian singer Tems.
Tems was featured in Future’s “Wait for U” which debuted at No 1 on Billboard Hot 100.
Future, in a series of tweets, admitted that Tems spoke rather to his soul even though her involvement was minimal.
He said: @temsbaby voice is amazing
“Soon as I heard the @temsbaby sample over @atljacobzbbeatz instantly connected to my soul.
“Even though wait for you is a sample and not an original recording I still put @temsbaby if u weren’t familiar with her work. Thank you Tems”.
