The Kano Hisbah officials have seized a truck conveying 3,600 bottles of Heinekens beer among bags of animal feeds.
As reported by the BBC News Pidgin via its verified Facebook page, the driver of the truck was travelling from Kwanar Dangora to Kiru town in Kano.
The Kano State Hisbah Corps is a religious Police force responsible for the enforcement of Sharia.
