The video shows Shehu Musa, a Fulani, with 86 rounds of live ammunition concealed inside a bag of Garri. He was caught at Umuekpu Agwa Oguta LGA by the Youths of the Community! He was given the bullet by his Fulani master to go and supply to Fulani herdsmen in the forest.
