Police Hunts Patient Who Fled From Hospital In Ogun | READ DETAILS

Operatives of the Ogun State Police Command has launched a man-hunt for one Saba Elizabeth, a patient who fled from the Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba Abeokuta, without paying her medical bills.

Elizabeth was admitted at the gynecology ward of the hospital on November 11, 2023, and ought to have been discharged on November 16, 2023.

However, she was stopped from leaving until she pays of her bills.

Knowing that she could no longer meet up with her medical bills, she was said to have lied to staff members of the hospital that she wanted to buy food at a nearby store but never returned to the hospital.

The Chief Security Officer of the medical centre, Akpoji Joshua, reported the incident to the Kemta Police Division on Sunday, December 3 and an investigation has commenced.
