In what would be recorded as the second time since leaving the People’s Democratic Party, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party Mr Peter Obi has again Convened with the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, as well as other state governors and ex-governors of the Peoples Democratic Party, in Rivers State.

Obi’s meeting was disclosed via the twitter handle of the former Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko who revealed that the meeting took place Monday night.

Governors in attendance were: former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke; former Governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwanbo; Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom; Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu; Mohammed Adoke and several others.

Sharing a photograph of the meeting, Mimiko wrote: “Nice to share some time last night with @GovWike @Donald_Duke @PeterObi @HEDankwambo @GovSamuelOrtom @GovernorIkpeazu, Mohammed Adoke SAN and many other friends.”

It is yet unknown the aim nor precise location of the meeting.
