Governor Alex Otti, of Abia State has on Wednesday, felicitated with Mr. Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party on his 62nd birthday anniversary.
The governor in his message described Peter Obi as his brother and friend and prayed that God will give him more years of good health happiness and prosperity.
