Girl Child Advocate Seeks Akwa Ibom Govt, Individual Commitment To Fight Abuse
The founder of AbiGirl Smile NGO, a Girl Child Advocate, Abigail Sabastian, has called on all well-meaning Nigerians to join hands with her in a bid to wage war against the ever-increasing child abuse, exploitation, rape, child trafficking, abuse and all forms of abuse on our children.
In her word, she stated, We must join hands together to wage war against child exploitation, rape,child trafficking, abuse and all forms of abuse on our children.

She said this has become necessary, as a result of the daily occurrence of all forms of abuse on the girl child, regretting that such must be fought against and bring to a stop.
Sabastian, used this medium to laud Her Excellency Dr. Martha Udom Emmanuel, Wife of the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom for her support towards advocacy for the prevention of teenage pregnancy, rape and education for the girl child in Akwa Ibom.
