A former SDP Chieftain and House of Representatives Candidate for Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency in the last general election, Barr. Oracle Nwala has revalidated his membership of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Recall that Oracle Nwala had joined the APC shortly after the general election in 2019 and has remained a force in galvanizing support for a transmuted APC in Abia State and beyond.
Speaking at the revalidation centre in his country-home in Isieketa Central School, Ovuokwu Ward 9 in Isiala Ngwa South LGA of Abia State, the legal luminary commended the leadership of the party at the various levels for the industry and organization in the revalidation exercise, especially, as it is geared towards a seamless integration of both the old and the new members of the party.
He further implored the leadership of the party across board to intensify effort in assuaging the yearnings and concerns of the massive number of people trooping into the party all in a quest to join hands with other progressives to create a better Nigeria.
In his words “we are not there yet. We are obviously an assemblage of people from diverse political orientation and leaning and all we desire and deserve at the moment is a situation whereby all those that have value and utility to add for a rebranded party structure are given space to make contributions that will strengthen both the party and the Nigeria project”.
In his remarks, the APC Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Chief Ezinwa commended the maturity displayed by Barr. Oracle Nwala since he joined the party as well as the enormous support he has given both at his Ward and the local government that has helped to boast the fortunes of the party at the local government level.
Speaking on the revalidation exercise in the local government, the Isiala Ngwa South APC revalidation Committee Chairman, Mr. Ezekiel Nwogwugwu noted that the party in the local government has recorded tremendous number of people surging into the party. He however appealed to other notable stakeholders to join hands with other leaders like Oracle Nwala to further build the party in the state.
Oracle Nwala later hosted the executive committee of the party in Isiala Ngwa to a dinner in his country home in Isieketa. Others in attendance at the occasion included the ward chairmen of the different wards in Isiala Ngwa South, zonal and state officers of the party and host of other party stakeholders.
