In a heartfelt message, Chief Chinasa praised Lady Otti’s remarkable contributions to the welfare of the less privileged and her unwavering dedication to women empowerment, human rights, and child care. He highlighted her exceptional leadership and compassion, which align seamlessly with the transformational “New Abia” vision championed by her husband, Governor Alex Otti.

“As our Governor’s wife, you have demonstrated unparalleled commitment to the betterment of our society. Your selfless efforts continue to inspire hope and foster progress in Abia State. Your passion for empowering women, advocating for children’s rights, and uplifting vulnerable groups stands as a testament to your dedication to humanity,” Chief Chinasa said.
