CONNAK Foundation Postpones It’s 10th Anniversary/Annual Yuletide Events

CONNAK Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, has postponed its earlier scheduled 10th anniversary celebration and other yuletide events it hosts annually.

According to a statement signed by Mrs. Carole Emeka Sunday, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Connak Foundation, the board of executive of the Foundation at a meeting held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 reached an agreement to postpone the events considering the political season in Nigeria.

CONNAK Foundation regrets any inconveniences the impromptu postponement may cause it’s beneficiaries, partners, sponsors, stakeholders and well-meaning individuals who have confirmed their travel plans/schedules to attend the annual yuletide activities of the Foundation.

We take this decision out of an abundance of caution, in cognizance of the political climate and peculiarity of the season at this time in our dear country Nigeria” the statement partly read.

CONNAK Foundation will announce new dates for all the postponed events.

“Despite our best intentions and desire to fully implement our program schedule for the year, we solicit your kind understanding as we suspend all activities, all things considered. Rather than rest on our oars, we intend to use the opportunity to re-strategize on ways to eradicate youthful redundancy and implement more impactful initiatives that promote responsible citizenry.
