The immediate past Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, FNSE has described Chief John Okiyi Kalu, former Commissioner for trade and commerce in the state, as a man who has made his mark in areas he was handed responsibilities as a public officer.

Rt Hon Orji stated this in his birthday message to Chief John Okiyi Kalu on the occasion of his birthday on Sunday, 20th August, 2023.

While wishing the celebrant a happy birthday, the Speaker of the 7th Abia State House of Assembly prayed God to grant him long life, peace, and happiness.
