BREAKING: Miscreants Threatens Abia Founding Fathers During Meeting, Removes Number Plates, Says “Even The Governor Can Not Stop Them”

Miscreants/Touts, numbering over seven persons in a Mini Keke bus, marked UMA 201 XB stormed the meeting venue of Abia Founding fathers, removed numbers plates on their vehicles while they were holding meeting at No. 3 Azikiwe road Umuahia.

They were said to have come from Umuahia North LGA, and a call put across to the chairman and some Governor’s aides could not deter them.

Their leader, a dark glass wearing tall man who could not be immediately identified vowed not to put back the number plate unless the founding father “do something”

They stormed the venue while the driver of one of the founding fathers was trying to park the vehicle and started removed his number plate .

Efforts made to stop them by the driver failed as he threatened to deal with anyone who want to stop them from carrying out their mission.

While the driver told them that the vehicles they removed the plate number belonged to an elder statesman, who was upstairs deliberating on the way forward for the state, they shunned him and carried out their mission.

When efforts made to remind them that men in that age bracket should not be embarrassed, and that they are not the type of people to be twisted to bring out money, the dark goggle-wearing leader said that even if they want they should call the Governor, Chairman of the LGA, or anybody, all they know is that they were doing their legitimate duties.

He boasted that they were carrying out their legitimate duties and that no one can stop them , not even the Governor of the state who is aware of their presence where ever they go.

It was learnt that they demanded for some sums of money before they can put back the plate number.

Less than one pole from the point where they embarrassed the founding fathers, about three vehicles were parked by the road side with For “Sale emblem” on top .

The struggle between them and the founding father were still on when out crew left the venue.

One of the elder sited at the venue include Eze Ezo Ukandu, Enyi na Obiangwu of Isuikwuato and his other colleagues who were upstairs waiting for others to arrive. END
