Ever since the launch of what has now become a rallying and melting point of who is who in Abia State, known as Abia Facts Newspaper Annual Award events, it has continued to live up to its name as a foremost and remarkable event.
Indeed, the Abia Facts Annual Award has as at today, metamorphosed into something else such that as the year goes by, individuals and groups always look forward to another round of it when deserving individuals and groups are honored through their glaring and landmark achievements.
This Annual Award is a special project initiatives of Abia Facts Newspaper established in 2014 and now rated as the most influential online medium in Abia State.
The AFN Awards, a complete brand in its own right, was first introduced in 2017 in line with the objectives of Abia Facts Newspaper to create a premium reward system aimed at recognizing and celebrating outstanding individuals and organizations who have significantly contributed to human and socio-economic development of Abia State.
This Annual event is the melting point of who is who in Abia State, and the 2019 edition is slated for Friday December 20th, 2019 in Umuahia, Abia State.
This biggest and greatest award events in now on the lips of every one both in and outside the State as the people looks forward for this year’s events which promises to be the biggest and greatest ever.
In this year’s event, selected individuals and organizations are set to receive this all important Award after passing through the huddles of online voting by the public which is in different categories.
Some of the categories for this Award events are Online Personality of the Year, Most Friendly Hotel of the Year, Television Personality of the Year as well as Radio Personality of the Year.
Others are Best Fast Food Restaurant of the Year, Fashion House of the Year (Male/Female Categories), General Manager of the Year, Best Print Reporter of the Year, Radio Station of the Year, Radio Programme of the Year, leadership Award as well as Entreprenure of the Year among others.
As this year’s Annual Award comes up again with lots of funfare and grandstyle, it is expected that only those who deserved it and worthy of mentioning are made to receive it in order to continue to celebrate those outstanding individuals and organizations who have really contributed to human and socio-economic development of our dear State.
This year award is billed to hold on 20th December 2019 at Confidence Hotel in Umuahia, Abia State.
