Abia Women for Change Initiative gathered in mass to pray for Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah’s (Abia APC gubernatorial candidate) success in the forthcoming March 9 governorship election because, they want a new Abia devoid of all negative and evil vices.
The prayer session was to ask God to stop all those who are planning to shed blood during the March 9th election and make APC take the leadership position as they have done in the Presidential election.
While speaking with AFN, the Abia APC Woman leader Dr. Mrs Obasi, said that they gathered here to pray and also tell people the good news that Dr. Ogah has promised to do for Abians if voted in.
“The people who are gathered here in numbers are not even members of our party, but we have opened the door for all well meaning Abians who want Abia to be liberated, to come and hear about the wonderful things Dr Ogah has in stock for Abians so that they can troop out in mass and vote for APC”
The event which took place at Recreation club Aba had the venue full to the brim with Women and youths taking greater percentage of the population present.
