NYSC Announces Date To Launch Insurance Scheme For Corps Members | READ DETAILS

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), have announced that it has enrolled all serving Corps members into the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).

According to a statement released on Sunday, by the Deputy Director of Press and Public Relations, NYSC, Emeka Mgbemena, the scheme will be launched on February 11, 2022.

The statement revealed that the initiative is to ‘ensure a more holistic and faster medical response’

“All Corps Members have been enrolled in the nation’s National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to reinforce this policy and to ensure a more holistic and faster medical response”.

“On Friday, February 11th, 2022, this insurance scheme will be launched, the statement read in part.
