Why I Dumped APC – Nollywood Actor Kenneth Okonkwo Speaks
Popular Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo, has resigned his membership from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to Okonkwo, he dumped the APC in the interest of equity, justice, fairness and peaceful co-existence among Nigerians.
While announcing his resignation on his social media handle, the actor prayed that God will deliver Nigeria from the hands of power grabbers who elevate the quest for power above the quest for purpose.
Kenneth Okonkwo’s resignation from APC is coming amid controversies trailing the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima.
