The tension in Warri, Delta State is still increasing as Soldiers in this video have threatened that they will rape women in Warri, infect them with HIV and kill them as retaliation for killing a soldier few days ago.
AFNews had earlier published the conflict between the youths and security agencies in Warri due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
It was alleged that a soldier killed a Warri youth which led to the retaliation by the youths.
In this video, a military officer was seen threatening to brutalize the people of the community, rape their woman without protection and other things.
