Ugly storm seems to gathering in Abia State APC as a group known as SAVE ABIA APC FORUM has started moves to expel prominent APC leaders from the Ngwa extraction. The leaders mapped out for expulsion includes, Prince Paul Ikonne, Comrade Chris Akomas and Chief Anyim Nyerere.
Based on the Press Release made available to Abia Facts News and signed by the leadership of the group, they alleged that the APC chieftains mentions above have been in the payroll of the PDP led government in Abia State and earning monthly salary.
They went further to accuse Prince Paul Ikonne of abandoning the party during the last election and even granting a live radio programme. The group alleged that the persons mentioned above collected huge sums of money to from the PDP to abandon the party.
They likewise made it clear that no serious party will allow members that abandon it during the election to remain as members.
Abia Facts News gathered that the letter has already been sent to the national leadership of APC and also leaders in the state.
