The Nigerian Communication Commission, (NCC) has celebrated the 2021 customer service week to appreciate their customers all over the globe.
The NCC is the Independent National Regulatory Body responsible for the telecom industry in Nigeria.
The Commission noted that service satisfaction remains the ultimate goal of the NCC, charging customers to take advantage of the NCC so no one can take advantage of them.
