Senator Rochas Okorocha, a 2023 Presidential aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), have arrived a Federal High Court in Abuja for his bail hearing.
Recall that Okorocha is facing 17- count charge bordering on diversion of public fund to the tune of N2.9billion during his tenure as Imo state governor.
Okorocha was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), before Justice Inyang Ekwo on Monday. The court adjourned Okorocha’s trial to today to hear his bail application after he pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
