Money, Contacts Failed Me – Blessing CEO Reveals How She Got Released From Prison
Self-acclaimed relationship expert and therapist, Blessing Okoro, alias Blessing CEO, has revealed how she got freed from the Kirikiri Correctional facility.
ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER had reported that Blessing was arrested by operatives of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) and arraigned on April 1, before Justice Yelim Bogoro of a Federal High Court in Lagos for allegedly cyber-bullying one Folashade Samuels, sister to late Bimbo Ogbonna, wife of auto dealer, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, a.k.a IVD.
Blessing pled not guilty to the charge, however, the judge denied her bail and ordered that she be remanded in Kirikiri till May 30 when her bail application would be heard.
Her legal counsel, Prince I. Nwafuru, filed a bail application before Justice Tijjani Ringim of the Federal High Court, where she was granted N10 million bail in the absence of opposition from the prosecution, with two sureties in like sum.
She was released after three weeks in detention.
Taking to her social media handle on Tuesday, April 25, Okoro recalled her experience in prison, noting that money and contacts failed her, however, God came through for her.
She wrote while attaching a video of her kneeling in prayers;
