Engr. Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor (Nana), the Young Progressives Party (YPP) Gubernatorial Candidate in Abia State is celebrating Abia on occasion of her 31 years of creation, even as he calls for prayers.
Engr. Nwafor in a goodwill message, thanked the Almighty God for preserving Abia and Abians at a period the citizens of the world are facing unprecedented hardship, downturn in economic activities and indeed facing danger of annihilation. “Abia”, according to Nana, “is destined to surmount all her challenges with relative ease as the foundation of the State was carved with fear of God in mind”.
The foremost industrialist and serial entrepreneur noted that the Founding Fathers of Abia sought to and indeed created a State where peace, love, unity, progress and justice would override any other interest, setting the State in good standing with even development. “From Arochukwu, the seat of wisdom, to the oil rich Ukwa, down to Aba, the economic capital of Abia, to Ikwuano, the emerging food basket of Abia and to the echoes of Umunneochi, the seat of mineral deposits, Abians deserve the pleasure of basic amenities, quality health care, improved infrastructure and security”, Nana added.
The Founder of Each One Aid One Foundation charged Abians to take patriotism with more than a passive interest so that the task of State building will be made easier through collective effort. Nana called for prayers for the Governor and leaders at various levels in the State , that Abia would take its pride of place as truly No. 1 State where our resources will be fully harnessed, human capital developed, lives secured and indeed the State preserved.
