The governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in Abia State Engr. Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor (Nana), has promised that he will reconstruct the Umuekene – Aga – Amaokpu – Umunwanda Road to link Omuma Rivers State if elected governor on 11th March 2023.
The YPP gubernatorial candidate stated this while interacting with Abians at Umumvo, Umuohiagu, Umuikaa, Umuekene, Amaokpu, Umunwanda, Umunta Umueme, Amaudara and sister villages.
Engr. Nwafor revealed that these communities and villages possess the capacity to be one of the leading drivers of the Abia economy. He assured that by fixing that road, it will boost both local and interstate commerce. These villages have thriving agriculture enterprises and are strategically located to boost the transport sub – sector and MSMEs.
