The Abia State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu PhD has reiterated that he owes it a duty to ndi Abia not to disappoint them if they support him to become the governor of Abia State come 2023.
The Abia Deputy Governor who stated this during this interaction and declaration before Abia State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) State Working Committee revealed that he has served the party in various capacities and have remained a party man ever since he joined.
While speaking about his exploit in the Assembly, Ude Oko Chukwu who was also a former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly revealed the three major bills which he singlehandedly sponsored and were passed. The stated that these laws are laws that helps to maintain accountability, transparence and integrity in governance.
The laws are; Abia State Bureau of Internal Revenue law, Abia State Physical Responsibility Law and Abia State Procurement Law.
The deputy governor went further to state that he knows every nook and cranny of Abia State and what they need. So, he owes it a duty not to disappoint Abians when elected.
“I know the vision of my boss Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, I know where he wants to take Abia State to, I know all the projects, I know what his thought is about this state, so I am in the best place to carry this state to higher heights” Ude Oko Chukwu reveals.
