Hon. Solomon Ezinwa Adaelu Member Representing Obingwa/Osisioma/Ugwunagbor federal constituency will be flagging off the third phase of his all year round rural road grading program which is aimed at keeping all the rural roads within the three local governments of Obingwa/Osisioma/Ugwunagbor federal constituency motorable and accessible all year round.

The federal lawmaker whose representative style has earned him several awards and recognitions is due to flag off the third phase of the rural road grading program on the 10th of January 2019 at Obegu Primary school field Ugwunagbo by 11am.

It is on record that Hon. Adaelu is the first federal lawmaker to procure and donate road construction equipment to all the local governments in his constituency.

Speaking to some online news platforms recently,  the federal lawmaker said, the rural road grading program is not for political purposes but it is in fulfillment of his promise to his constituents, stating that he is a man who is committed to his words and will stop at nothing including denying himself some basic comforts to see to the welfare of his constituency.

“I have identified areas that we need to improve on my services to my constituents and key amongst them is in the area of youth and women empowerment especially within the rural populace, and in our own empowerment, we will ensure that we undertake sustainable empowerment and not just mere handouts, I have devised a program that will ensure that every family in my constituency benefits from the empowerment program, God willing I will return to the green chambers and my major task amongst other development agenda will be to improve the lives of our women and youths especially those residing in the rural areas by creating means of sustainable income for them, we will ensure their education by providing them with educational materials and also take care of their tuition, I will prioritize access to health care and education of our rural population ensuring that no one no matter where you live within our constituency receives quality education and health care.
