The General Overseer, Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, has predicted that Abia State will become the Dubai of Africa owing to the transformatory plans of governor Alex Otti.
Apostle Chinyere stated this on Sunday, October 5, 2023 via his facebook handle.
He wrote;
“Otti will turn Abia to African Dubai.
Mark today’s date.
OPM.”
This comes after governor Otti inaugurated three more roads on Sunday which includes; MCC by Old Express Road, Umuimo Road and Udeagbala Road, which is a bypass that crosses through the Abia State University Teaching Hospital and evacuates traffic from the busy roads in Aba, the commercial city.
