BREAKING: Court Adjourns FG Vs ASUU Case | READ DETAILS

The case between the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), have been adjourned till September 16, 2022.

The Federal Government through the Minister for Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige had sued ASUU to the National Industrial court over its prolonged strike which commenced on February 14, 2022.

The Federal Government is seeking for a court injunction mandating ASUU to resume academic activities while their dispute are being addressed.

Sitting on Monday, September 12, Justice Polycap Hamman adjourned the matter to enable both the Federal Government and ASUU to file the necessary papers for the suit.
