A 35 year old man, Abidemi Oluwaseun on Tuesday, stormed Baptist Girls College Idi-Aba in Abeokuta, Ogun State with thugs and cutlass threatening to hack a teacher for flogging his 15 year old daughter.
Oluwaseun’s daughter and others were said to have been flogged by the teacher because they were mocking their teacher and distracting the class.
She went home and reported to her father, who came back to the school with two thugs; Fayesele Olabanji (25), and Alebiosu Quawiyu (24) in an unregistered vehicle.
The Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Kemta division, CSP Opebiyi Sunday, mobilized his men and moved to the school, where the three men were apprehended on the school premises following a call by the school principal.
Oluwaseun admitted on interrogation to hiring the thugs, adding that he wanted to teach the teacher a lesson of his life.
